Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

I am in the United States, but my products are shipped from international print-on-demand partners especially for you, meaning your items are shipped out from places closer to your location. This ensures a faster delivery on average as well as lower shipping costs!

Do you accept returns?

Since each item is printed on demand to order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, feel free to contact me and we can work out a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase as well as photographic evidence of the product’s faults or damage.

How long will it take for my items to ship to me?

US orders usually take within 3-7 days to arrive.

International orders take longer; they can take from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Keep in mind that because of the print-on-demand process, your order may not arrive all at once if you have ordered multiple items.
